π©Έ Module 31 Overview β Red Harvest
Neverwinter: Red Harvest released on May 6, 2025 as Neverwinter’s 31st module. Adventurers travel into Thay to aid the resistance against Szass Tam and the Red Wizards while uncovering a threat capable of placing all of FaerΓ»n under Thayan control.
The module introduced the new Tyraturos, Tower District adventure zone, built around vertical exploration through three distinct neighborhoods and a three-act storyline. The Red Harvest Campaign requires 85,000 Total Item Level to begin.
Module 31 also introduced the Shackles of Divinity trial, a mechanics-heavy encounter against the corrupted celestial Valkariel. The trial is available in Normal, Advanced and Master difficulty, with the highest difficulty serving as a major source of the module’s endgame equipment.
π©Έ MODULE 31 AT A GLANCE

Adventure Zone: Tyraturos, Tower District
Story: Three acts centered on infiltrating Thay and aiding the resistance
Trial: Shackles of Divinity
Trial Difficulties: Normal β’ Advanced β’ Master

π‘οΈ New & Updated Gear β Module 31
Red Harvest added a large equipment pool split between Tyraturos campaign progression, Heroic and Named Encounters, the Tenebraloth zone boss, campaign vendors and Shackles of Divinity. Equipment ranges from campaign progression pieces to high-end Master Trial rewards, so where an item comes from matters just as much as its Item Level.
π° Tyraturos Campaign Equipment
- Thayan Zealot Weapons β class-specific main-hand and off-hand weapons available through Tyraturos progression and the Black Market Fence. The released weapon set uses the Umbral Stride set power.
- Vanguard Oath Armor β Red Harvest campaign armor available through the campaign store, with separate pieces and bonuses suited to different combat roles.
- Tyraturos Rings β six campaign-ring options are available through the Red Harvest campaign store, providing offensive, defensive and role-focused equip bonuses.
- Tyraturos Shirts & Trousers β zone clothing pieces can be obtained through Heroic Encounters and other Tyraturos reward sources.
- Overload Enchantments β the campaign store includes Thay-specific offensive and defensive overload options useful while adventuring in the region.
βοΈ Shackles of Divinity Equipment
- Advanced Trial Rings β six additional ring options drop from Advanced Shackles of Divinity.
- Master Trial Rings β six higher-tier rings drop from Master, including the Obsidian Bastion Ring and Spine of Dominion Ring.
- Master Armor β high-end armor pieces drop from the Master Trial, including the Supreme Dominion equipment family.
- Celestial Armor β Master Shackles of Divinity introduced Celestial-grade armor rewards.
- Mythic Shirts & Trousers β available through the Master Trial reward pool and its chests.
- Artifact Equipment β Broken Halo, Necklace of the Forsaken and Belt of the Forsaken form the major Shackles artifact set.
π‘οΈ Finish the Job Artifact Set
One of the most important new artifact-equipment sets introduced with Red Harvest is Finish the Job. All three pieces are tied directly to Tyraturos and the Red Harvest campaign.
| Item | Type | Primary Source | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Assassin’s Knife | Artifact | Tenebraloth / Black Market Fence | Applies a deadly poison and forms the centerpiece of the set. |
| Nightpiercer Choker | Artifact Neck | Black Market Fence, Tyraturos | Maximum-quality artifact equipment obtained directly from the vendor. |
| Nightpiercer Bindings | Artifact Waist | Black Market Fence, Tyraturos | Maximum-quality artifact equipment obtained directly from the vendor. |
β οΈ Finish the Job Set Bonus
When a target dies while affected by poison, the full three-piece set grants 4% Power. While fighting in Thay zones and dungeons, the Power bonus increases to 10%.
π‘οΈ Assassin’s Knife
The Assassin’s Knife is a Red Harvest artifact that can drop from Tenebraloth in Tyraturos or be purchased from the Black Market Fence. Its active power throws a poisoned blade at a target, dealing damage and applying a damage-over-time poison effect.
To fight Tenebraloth, players use the Shadowfell Amulet associated with the Tyraturos zone-boss activity. Tenebraloth is also one of the major farming targets for other Module 31 equipment.
πΉ Tenebraloth & Tyraturos Zone Rewards
Tenebraloth is one of the most important repeatable reward targets in Tyraturos. The encounter provides access to several pieces that are separate from the normal campaign-store progression.
- Assassin’s Knife β Red Harvest artifact and part of Finish the Job.
- Thayan Companion Gear β a family of companion equipment pieces including offensive and defensive stat combinations.
- Trial-related Keys and Currency β useful for continuing progression into Shackles of Divinity.
- Fashion and additional zone rewards β various cosmetic and collection rewards are tied to Tyraturos activities.
πΎ Thayan Companion Gear
Module 31 added a new family of Thayan companion gear. Pieces include different companion equipment types such as tomes, grimoires, belts, icons, necklaces, sword knots, rings and talismans. These originally came from Tenebraloth and provide another progression path for improving summoned-companion or companion-bonus setups.
Because later updates can add alternate acquisition sources for older companion gear, check the current in-game Collections entry if you are farming a specific piece today.
π Rings β Tyraturos & Shackles of Divinity
Red Harvest introduced several separate ring pools. Players should compare the equip power on each ring against their role rather than automatically equipping the highest Item Level option.
| Ring Group | Source | What to Expect |
|---|---|---|
| Tyraturos Campaign Rings | Red Harvest Campaign Store | Six rings with a mix of offense, defense and role-oriented bonuses. |
| Advanced Shackles Rings | Advanced Shackles of Divinity | Six trial rings forming the first endgame tier of the Module 31 trial pool. |
| Master Shackles Rings | Master Shackles of Divinity | Six higher-end rings, including Obsidian Bastion and Spine of Dominion. |
π Broken Halo & Forsaken Artifact Set
The major artifact set associated with Shackles of Divinity consists of the Broken Halo and its two matching artifact-equipment pieces.
| Item | Type | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Broken Halo | Artifact | Master Shackles of Divinity / Trial Vendor |
| Necklace of the Forsaken | Artifact Neck | Master Shackles of Divinity / Trial Vendor |
| Belt of the Forsaken | Artifact Waist | Master Shackles of Divinity / Trial Vendor |
Activating the Broken Halo releases an area burst that damages and disrupts enemies while reducing their defenses for a short period. When combined with the Necklace and Belt of the Forsaken, the completed set provides additional group-support utility when an artifact is used.
β¨ Celestial & Master Trial Gear
One of Module 31’s biggest equipment changes was the introduction of Celestial-grade armor through Master Shackles of Divinity. This gave organized endgame groups a new equipment tier to chase beyond the normal campaign progression.
βοΈ Master Trial Rewards
- Celestial-grade armor pieces
- Supreme Dominion armor family
- Master Shackles rings
- Mythic shirts
- Mythic trousers
- Broken Halo artifact set pieces
- Trial currency used at the Tyraturos Trial Vendor
π§ Gear Progression Path
- Begin with Tyraturos campaign and zone rewards.
- Use campaign currency to fill weak equipment slots.
- Farm Tenebraloth for artifact and companion gear opportunities.
- Move into Advanced Shackles for trial rings and stronger rewards.
- Use Master Shackles for the highest-end Module 31 armor, rings, clothing and artifact-equipment chase.
π§ Tyraturos, Tower District
Core Rule: Learn the Vertical Zone
Tyraturos is designed very differently from many older Neverwinter zones. Verticality is a major part of the map, with elevated paths, towers, magical movement points and multiple neighborhoods layered throughout the district. Learning the travel routes makes campaign quests and encounter farming considerably faster.
Three-Act Story
The campaign follows a three-act infiltration of Thay. Players work alongside the resistance and the Harpers while uncovering Szass Tam’s larger plan and the source of the divine power being exploited by the Red Wizards.
Zone Farming
Heroic Encounters, Named Encounters, campaign quests and Tenebraloth all contribute different rewards. Do not limit your farming to the weekly campaign cap if you are also chasing rings, clothing, companion gear or the Assassin’s Knife.

- Tyraturos: New Thayan adventure zone divided into three neighborhoods.

βοΈ Shackles of Divinity Trial
Shackles of Divinity is the primary endgame encounter introduced with Red Harvest. The party faces Valkariel, a corrupted celestial whose transformation is being fueled by Thayan magic.
The encounter is deliberately mechanics-heavy. One of its defining systems is Arcane Cracking, requiring players to deal with Valkariel while also disrupting the magical corruption empowering her. Higher difficulties increasingly punish missed mechanics and poor coordination.
| Difficulty | Intended Group | Reward Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Normal | Accessible version; included in the Random Trial Queue. | Learn the encounter and earn standard Trial rewards. |
| Advanced | Players ready for a more demanding mechanics check. | Advanced Trial rings and stronger Module 31 rewards. |
| Master | Coordinated endgame groups. | Celestial armor, Master rings, Mythic clothing, Forsaken artifact equipment and other high-tier rewards. |
π‘ Pro-Tip: Mechanics Beat Item Level
Shackles of Divinity was designed around execution and coordination. Increasing Item Level will not compensate for repeatedly missing trial mechanics. Learn Normal first, use Advanced to tighten group execution, and move into Master when the group can consistently perform the mechanics while maintaining role-specific stat balance.
π Red Harvest Campaign Progress Rewards
Completing campaign milestones provides additional account progression rewards alongside the equipment earned throughout Tyraturos.
| Campaign Progress | Reward |
|---|---|
| 100 | Unyielding Beast Fashion Bundle |
| 200 | 2 Enhanced Motes |
| 300 | 50 Mount Upgrade Tokens |
| 400 | Mosschops |
| 600 | 5 Sword Coast Tactician |
| 800 | 500 Tarmalune Trade Bars |
| 1,000 | 100,000 Astral Diamonds |
π Dead to Rites Battle Pass
Dead to Rites was the Battle Pass released alongside Red Harvest. It consisted of three phases with nine milestones per phase and included the Rath Modar companion among its notable rewards.
Because Battle Pass availability changes after a module’s active season ends, this section is preserved as historical Module 31 information rather than a current farming source.

π‘ Pro-Tip: Farm With a Purpose
Do not farm every Red Harvest activity simply because it drops higher Item Level gear. Decide which slot you are improving first. Use Tyraturos for campaign equipment and the Finish the Job set, Tenebraloth for artifact and companion-gear opportunities, Advanced Shackles for trial progression, and Master Shackles when chasing the strongest Module 31 armor, rings, shirts, trousers and artifact equipment.
