This is a MOD33 single target build (not buffed) with newer purple/epic gear (rings, shirt and pants) which you can get from the campaign stores.

The build is quite demanding of your stamina due to the gear needing it to be over 75%, so use some stamina armour kits and other stuff that you can/want, for it to recharge faster.
If you use fighter like me, movement speed is your best ability. Have fun.

The weapons you will get and upgrade them from the Soul Collector campaign quests. Most of the rest depends on your character and what you need.
