Part 1: Alliance Code of Conduct

1. General Community Rules

Respect All Members: Treat everyone with kindness. No drama, toxicity, bullying, or harassment will be tolerated under any circumstances.

Follow Leadership: Respect and follow the guidance of alliance and guild leadership. Report any underlying community issues directly to your officers.

Keep Chat Appropriate: Maintain an appropriate environment in public chat rooms. Do not engage in sensitive topics, including politics, religion, or any of the "isms."

Zero Tolerance for Threats: There is absolutely no talk allowed regarding harming another person, pets, property, or making threats of any capacity.

No Begging: Do not beg or harass other community members for items or Astral Diamonds (AD).

2. Voice Chat & Communication Etiquette

Read the Rules: You are expected to take five minutes to read and understand our guidelines. If you need language assistance, message an officer privately and we will go over them with you using a translator.

Give Everyone a Voice: We do our best to be polite and ensure everyone is heard. If you notice someone trying to speak while you are talking, finish your sentence and give them the floor.

Manage Background Noise: Be highly mindful of your own background noise (TVs, music, loud environments) when coming into a voice channel. If you are causing disruptive noise, politely mute yourself or turn it down when asked.

No Unnecessary Muting: Do not mute other people in voice channels unless it is an absolute emergency (such as overhearing highly inappropriate private conversations). In those cases, mute temporarily until an admin can resolve it. Habitually muting others or talking over people will result in a warning and eventual removal.

Resolving Offenses: Joking around is perfectly fine, but if someone truly offends you, you have a responsibility to speak up politely. State that you do not like the direction of the conversation and ask them to stop. If you offend someone, apologize immediately and correct your behavior.

Politically Incorrect Thread: Questionable or potentially offensive content must stay strictly out of the main chat and go into the dedicated "Politically Incorrect" thread. This is a free speech area—enter at your own risk.

3. Queue & Run Etiquette

Alliance Inclusivity: Our fundamental goal is to include people, build connections, teamwork, and friendships. We never exclude members simply because their item level is low. If a player does not know the mechanics of a skirmish, dungeon, or trial, explain it to them and pay it forward.

Queue Entry Rule: When requesting spots or forming groups in alliance chat, the system operates strictly on a "first plus, first add" basis. If you make a mistake, apologize. If you are the person who missed the spot, be understanding.

Commitment to Runs: Do not rage-quit a group run without letting your team know why. Never call out or mock people in public for not being in the optimal circle or for misunderstanding a content mechanic. Do not nag leaders to queue. Remember that you are actively representing PUV.

Run Tier Structure: Advanced runs allow for exclusionary requirements (such as high DPS, experienced players, etc.). Spectating Runs: If you join a voice channel hosting an active dungeon or training run, you are always welcome to watch silently. Do not interrupt or be rude. In certain rooms, you will be required to mute yourself until the end of the run when the leader explicitly asks, "Are there any questions?"
