Neverwinter M32.5 Devout Cleric - Supreme Buffer Build
Hello all. This is the build I currently take in pug MSHs; for competent static groups there are minuscular changes that are improvements. This build is able to buff your squad by 19.5% Defense, provides 12% raw dmg mitigation, and is able to buff your squad with over 26% outgoing damage in an artifact call, before purple, mount, and artifact powers are factored in. I forgot to mention my ability points are put into DEX and WIS for crit sev/movement speed/outgoing healing. I know the name of the cleric is Devout now, but I still remember it as Devoted from back in the day, so that is what I refer to it as. As always, questions, comments, and criticism are welcome. I hope some of this information is useful to clerics out there, so that way when I'm playing dps or tank, I'm buffed properly:)
