🧠 The Dread Sanctum

The Dread Vault Reborn

The former Dread Vault was rebuilt as The Dread Sanctum with reworked monsters, bosses and encounter mechanics.

Difficulty Matters

Normal, Advanced and Master are not simply Item Level gates. Higher tiers require stronger coordination and provide better reward pools.

Final Encounter

The dungeon culminates in the transformed threat of Yshiggol. Correctly executing mechanics becomes increasingly important in Advanced and Master.

Dread Sanctum Mechanics Guide

This visual walkthrough covers the released dungeon mechanics players should know before entering The Dread Sanctum.

💡 Pro-Tip: Build for the Effect, Not Just Item Level. Check percentage stats, equip powers and group role before replacing a lower Item Level piece. In Advanced and Master Dread Sanctum, a balanced build is more valuable than inflated Item Level alone.
